Consumers are requested to use the products as directed on the website/packaging. Arani Ecosteps would not be liable for any adverse events resulting from misuse of products.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective or damaged in transit. However, products must be in the original package due to hygiene concerns. They must also be unused and in the same condition as received. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to be transferred to the source of original payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. After the product/s have been shipped, we would not accept cancelation requests. However, return is possible for all orders/products. Please contact us on the provided phone number/email address for the same.
