Description

CONTENTS: 1 jar containing 125 tablets

The simple routine of brushing once (or twice!) a day was a revolutionary discovery in oral health and has strongly stood the test of time. The packaging though, has radically shifted from toothpowder in aluminum containers to toothpaste in multi-laminate plastic tubes. These often have upto 6 types of polymers, making them almost impossible to recycle. MINTOO to the rescue!

The unique formulation of these toothpaste tablets creates a creamy paste in your mouth, very similar to that of regular toothpaste. After nearly 18 months of R&D, MINTOO has been developed to care for sensitive teeth necks and dental enamel. Sodium fluoride helps prevent tartar and caries, and Microcrystalline cellulose gives your teeth a natural shine. The formulation is completely free of any animal products and toxic chemicals, to gently care for your teeth while being mindful of our environment.

FULL INGREDIENT LIST: Calcium carbonate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sodium fluoride, Magnesium stearate, Menthol, Eugenol

USE: Take a tablet, chew it till the large pieces break down and the paste formation will start. Wet your toothbrush, brush normally, and rinse! Don’t forget to smile 🙂

PACKAGING: The glass jar (with a metal lid) can be re-used for any storage needs in your home. If not, they will be gladly accepted by your local recycler. We are also working on a jar-return/refill scheme and will share it as soon as possible.

Is a little too big for me. I use only pea sized quantity of toothpaste, this one foams a lot and once I ended up gagging also. Also, concerned about the fact that it contains fluoride :-/
If the size were smaller and the fluoride removed, I’d be so happy to use it 🙂

Ok so this was interesting! Took me a while to figure out the chewing but in 3-4 uses I’m addicted. It’s actually a fun activity. Teeth feel very clean with long lasting freshness. Thumbs up.

This is great concept and the toothpaste tablets are nice. Creates sufficient amount of foam without water only with saliva. But the mint is not contained in each tablet, I just observed the one tablet with mint so far 😞

I personally love it and have completely shifted to using these exclusively. One suggestion would be to make the tablets softer so that people with weaker teeth can also use these easily.

“Do you smoke a lot?” as a person who has never held a cigarette in his life you can imagine how perplexing this question was. Could it be a deficiency? I tried all the supplements but no matter what I did the infamous smoker’s lip pigmentation didn’t go away.
I saw a jar of Mintoo at a friend’s and asked them what it was. They gave me a few to try and imagine my surprise when the pigmentation started to even out. I would never had in my life narrowed it down to something so small as a toothpaste, yet here I am writing this review.
I wish I had found these earlier but from hereon, I don’t think I will go a day without these.
Thanks for making such a wonderful, consumer (and environmental) friendly product. You have just earned yourself a loyal customer, can’t wait to try out rest of the product range. Thank you so much once again.

I ordered both blueberry and clove. blueberry is sour which I had expected and liked but clove has a sour taste too which is not entirely pleasant. I love the price point for these as well as the option of ordering without packaging. The texture is gritty and could be formulated to melt better in the mouth once chewed.
Biggest concern is the tablets have fluoride which isn’t good for regular exposure. I really hope fluoride gets replaced with nano-hydroxyapatite instead as it is much safer and more advanced.
