Use

Don’t throw away your old shampoo bottle! Reusing is awesome ❤ Please refer to the images on the left for simple steps to create shampoo from grains. There will also be a detailed instruction leaflet inside the pack you receive.

These grains are coconut oil based and behave similarly! If the temperature in your area is below 18 degrees centigrade, the grains will not dissolve.

If the liquid was prepared in warmer conditions, it can freeze if temperature falls later. Please keep it in a warm or sunlit place and it will go back to its usable form shortly :)

Storage

Please keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight

If you are in an area with high humidity, please store the pouches in an airtight container to avoid clumping.

Why not do our bit for the planet while taking a moisturizing hairwash? ALUNA is here in an all new format – GRAIN-TO-LIQUID! One pack dilutes to 600 ml concentrated liquid that has to be used very sparingly, giving you upto 60 hairwashes per pack!

Its easy wash formula gives it a much lower water wastage footprint. This is of course, in addition to all the carbon saved from not shipping water, and 100% plastic free packaging.

The grains are packaged in a fully compostable pouch. This pouch can be added to a home composting unit or to your garden soil, and will break down under natural conditions in about 6 months. It is CPCB approved and will also be accepted at a community or industrial composting unit near you. If not composting yourself, the best way would be to segregate and inform your waste collector about this material.

Hey team, i highly appreciate your work towards plastic free, safe and skin friendly products but can you please make the price of shampoo grain to liquid less so that common people can buy it please too, the like the price tags of your handwash, toilet cleaner prices. I hope you will look into this and consider a change.

The Best thing I've put on my hair in a long time :)

This shampoo is just marvellous. First off, like all things Arani, it doesn't feel chemically at all. Feels soft and gentle even just looking at it.
It leaves the hair feeling clean and yet not dry. Nourished, yet not laden with some artificial layer which seems to make it feel soft, but doesn't let the true health of your hair shine forth. What else can one ask for? :)

I never knew I had curls..just frizzy hair. In first wash itself getting beautiful bouncy hair, people are asking if I got any treatment done.
